Holidays mean a lot of traveling for many of us. That can make working out hard, because we don't have access to our usual workout places and usual equipment.
However, that doesn't mean that we should stop working out altogether.
In this course, you'll find five bodyweight workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere. They're all about 15 minutes long and require you no equipment at all.
